*SERVICE FEES:
-Our normal service call & diagnostic fee is *$85.00 After diagnosing your appliance, one flat price will include all parts, and fees, so you know ahead of time exactly what the cost is. If you decide not to have the repair done, then you will just owe the diagnostic/service call fee. Q: Is the Service Call Waived if you do the repair? Many appliance repair companies big and small use this confusing term. We call it a "gimmick." We feel that the words "waived" or "free" is a bit of a white lie only to get you to book the service call. Rest assured our pricing is fair, accurate, and competitive. We use a national flat rate guide that many appliance repair companies around the country use to price your repair. Q: Will you be able to fix my appliance on your first trip? -Everyone is happy when the repair can be completed in the first trip, so we work hard to make sure that happens. In the event that a part does need to be ordered, we usually get it in within a few days and can get right back out to complete the repair. There are no additional trip charges to complete the repair. *Stacked laundry and built-in refrigerators add $65 to the service call charge. *Refrigerator clean out or defrosting add $75 to the repair fee *Additional appliances will incur diagnostic fees of $45-$85 each, depending on the amount of work needed.
